Privacy
Short version: we collect what you tell us, we use it to help you buy, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
Two things. First, whatever you type into the buyer brief or send us on WhatsApp — your name, your contact details, and the answers you give about budget, timeline and intent. Second, anonymous usage data through Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device type, and which links were clicked.
What we do with it
Your brief is used to work out which zones and which brokers fit you, and to write the brief we send back. If and when you tell us to make an introduction, we share the relevant parts of your brief with that broker. We do not pass your details to any broker before you've agreed.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, rent it, or add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for. We don't run advertising pixels or retargeting on this site.
Messages you send us on WhatsApp are stored in WhatsApp and are subject to Meta's own privacy terms as well as ours. If you'd rather not use it, say so and we'll use email.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to distinguish sessions. You can block them in your browser without affecting anything on this site. We do not use cookies for advertising.
Referral relationships
We are paid referral fees by brokers when a deal closes. Some outbound links on this site point to other properties we operate. Any commercial relationship that could affect what we recommend is disclosed where it's relevant.
Your data, your call
